Avoid the Landmark Summit Hotel. The front desk staff were unfriendly and made us feel like we were begging instead of being treated with respect. They seemed to forget that we came to spend our money and deserved better service. Very disappointing, and the room was not clean the pillows were dirty.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed.reception staff was really unprofessional and rude tone seems we staying for free. no smile blank face, rude behaviour, they were treating us like we are theirs servants. The room cleaning was extremely poor, broken furniture, stinking room, smelly bed sheets, we found long hair on bed, toilet was really dirty It looked like they never thought about the maintenance and -zero hygiene black Mold everywhere in toilet, bathtub, shower,toilet shower, sink, shower handle broken, entire toilet full of Mold and was so thick that cleaner tried his best but it didn't come off. The carpet was so damp/ dirty we had to wear socks all the time to walk on it as no sleepers were provided. We couldn't sleep properly in that room with a very bad smell all over the hotel, lifts lobby and whatnot. We all got severe throat infection because of smell and dusty smelly furniture n carpet. No ventilation at all People pls think twice before wasting money here not recommended to any one to stay at this hotel especially Family with Kids . We almost became Asthmatic patient while staying in that room with no fresh air at all . The air condition was not even working properly. This hotel should be only 2* i dnt understand how come this hotel is 4* It's a mystery Very bad hotel stay away 👎

Par quoi commencer. Cafards dans la chambre, j'ai spécifié à l'hotel que je voulais changer de chambre et ne pas avoir de produits anti cafard car je suis malade. Ils m'ont changé de chambre le lendemain matin dans une chambre aspergée de produits chimiques ! Aucun respect pour ma santé. J'ai du contacter 訂房網站 pour qu'ils me changent de chambre et j'ai perdu toute ma matinée à cela. Leur frigo à laché dans la nouvelle chambre et a emdomagé 100€ de produits que j'avais acheté a Bahrain, aucune compensation de leur part. Ils m'ont reveillé en sonnant 3 fois à la porte et en toquant hyper fort et ont fini par m'appeler au téléphone pour que je change ma voiture de place alors quelle était garée dans leur parking (qui est minuscule). Mais ils voulaient la place pour un autre client ou je ne sais qui. Leur salle de bain est très vieille ! Et leur service laisse à desirer ils vous disent oui oui mais ils en ont rien à foutre de vous. Passez votre chemin pour le petit déjeuner aussi.
